I've had to have lots of units over the years for work toys moving etc. and I've never in my life had such bad customer service. Such shady contracts. Horrible numbering of units. Like they tried to make it hard to find your unit. Only takes a special lock too. Let's not forget the 5 million numbers and buttons and codes to press to get in and out. I will never rent a unit again from this place. Just absolutely horrible experience and I just moved in. I'm sure it will get worse. Do yourself a favor and don't rent a unit from this place. I should have known it was like pulling teeth to figure out what they were charging me online with that horrible app interface. Couldn't figure out the pricing and final bill it was all super vague and ended up calling to speak with someone from what sounded like was India and had no clue what was going on. Hope it gets better
