Horrible business owner. Scott Sjogren/ S & D Tree Service, was being employed by my neighbors, to trim some of their trees. Scott took it upon himself, to enter my fenced yard, and chop off the branches of an apple tree, that is growing in another neighbors yard, but hangs on my property (WELL over the fence and at least 6-10 feet onto my property). Scott Sjogren, did NOT have permission to enter my property, nor did he have permission to cut any branches that were on a tree, he was NOT being employed to trim. There was one branch from the apple tree, that touched the neighbors shed. Instead of taking care of that ONE branch, Scott Sjogren trespassed on my property, dropped large (10-15ft) branches onto my fence, clothes line and into my yard. His response to me confronting him on the trespass and destruction, was to yell at me, blame my neighbor by saying the neighbor told him to chop up the tree, and say he was going to offer the neighbors, that own the apple tree, free service and cut the apple tree down from outside of my fence. Unprofessional and unethical business practices. Scott Sjogren looked like he just rolled out of bed, as he was unkempt, disheveled, and slurred his words. If you see this person trimming trees near your property, watch out... He may chop up and destroy something on your property, and then blame the neighbors. Stay away from this person. read more
