I have waited until now to write this review because I have been trying almost all the menu options. My final take is: everything is absolutely delicious. As an Italian living abroad I am always very critical of Italian food, but this place pleasantly surprised me for the high quality of the ingredients, the spotless preparation, and original presentation. Also: I have never quite seen a place organized like the Atelier. It is very daring in its inception. In fact, the astonishing layout of the Atelier caught me off guard the first time I walked in. But make no mistake: despite the innovative design of the place, their piadinas are absolutely authentic Italian delicacies. All in all, this place is a must! Keep up with the good work, guys.
