Extremely rude to his kind/polite front office staff. Treats them like sh*t, yelled at them multiple times and expected them to have the right answer otherwise his tone was condescending and aggressive. 2. Male fantasy staff - arrogant, nasty burping aloud and not covering his sneezes or coughs. Short in his responses & overall lack of patience in answering questions about taxes. 3. I do not recommend going to this business.
