Both sources recommended medication for my son, but Dr. Kavanaugh refused to prescribe them. If you are looking to help your child by applying a psychiatric strategy, avoid Dr. Kavanaugh. He readily admitted that he didn't believe in medicating children. While I generally agree, when you have two other doctors more versed in psychological matters in children, you don't take chances.

They actually READ the paperwork that I filled out a month before my visit, and accommodated my sensitiveness and jaw issues. I love my hygienist too-I think her name was Michelle.
