I came in on a Saturday and they fixed it in front of me for $10 labour. I didn't mind as they could do it in 5-10 minutes for what it would take me 30-45 minutes ( yes I suck at bicycle repair). All in all the bill was $36 after taxes which made a little girl very happy she could get back on her wheels for summer. Selection of bicycles is quite extensive and they provided some great advice. They have gear and accessories galore to keep the enthusiast happy at reasonable prices.

The bad: Changing area very small and very crowded. Customer service not that great and quite absent. Not a good thing when clerks are complaining around customers. Delivery boxes were clogging the changing area. Racks of clothes to put back on the shelves were full, and hard to find. We have been here before, but this has been our most disappointing visit since.

Also they can provide advice on electrical information. Prices are CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! I'd say 90- 95% of their stuff comes from mainland China but they don't mark it up like crazy. I purchased some flashing LED lights (meant to put on a bicycle) for $1.49 each for my dog's collar. A great place to come for your electrical and some hardware needs. Many items are final sale or you can exchange up to 15 days.
