We had a great experience. We have a Venini flush mount ceiling light that needed repair. A screw…read morebroke off one of the ends of an arm that holds the glass light in place. We took it to a local lamp repair shop after our contractor was unable to weld it. The shop rep explained they could not fix it but it would require a "TIG weld" which is a specific type of weld with expensive equipment. Since it was a very small job they suggested it might be just as easy to contact Venini and get a replacement piece. We contacted Venini and at least six different local metal repair facilities. Greenwich Metal was the only one that responded and they responded within an hour. Not only that, Mr. Bruno responded to my follow up question immediately. We dropped off the piece that day and had it back in a little over a week. They did a "silver brase" repair. Sure, maybe I could have found a place closer or cheaper to repair it if I spent hours searching for someone else to respond but I was impressed that Mr. Bruno was so responsive for such a small job.

I was happy to give them 15 light fixtures to work on and spend $5k -$10k, because of their attitude I did not. I will never go here again.
