Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. I had even originally asked if they could just use the landscape paper that I had bought since I already had it and I was told no. I paid for a product and service (that was very expensive) and did not get at ALL what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.

A gentleman came rushing over from a neighbors house to catch me as I was heading to my truck. He informed me that a customer's daughter went into the hospital and his boss told him to sell the driveway asphalt or they would have to find somewhere to bury it. The guy talked about making my driveway look better, sloped so the water would run away from the house, a five year guarantee and two weeks to decide if I liked the job. I pointed out I had two driveways and I was in a hurry to get to the clinic. He was still talking when I got into my vehicle and I replied "Do what you want". I returned back home and as I pulled in one of the workers said "About time he got his f###ing ass back, I want to go hunting." All I could think is that he never worked for me and not sure of the screening that was done when he was hired. So as I get out of my vehicle, a guy in the white truck with the company name on the side jumps out of his and informs me he wants over $4700. I told him that his salesman that was going door to door said I had two weeks to decide. He then informs me that is not right I have to pay now. I told him I am a senior disabled veterans and I don't carry $5000 on me. I made the remark he could just take it back up like they do on the roads. He then mentions legal action or see if I could get a bank loan and he would follow me to the bank. I agreed because I could imagine him or one of his employees camping out in front of my house. We went to the bank and I could not get any money even on my emergency credit card. I came back out and he told me that he would drive to get his card reader for his phone and be back at my house. Sure enough he came back to my house and emptied my card. The last kick was as he left my neighbor across the street stopped him and told him he would get a hold of the owner of the property to see if he wanted the rest of the driveway done. S either they gave away the asphalt to my neighbor or sold it to them instead of putting it in my second driveway or taking it off my price. P.S. I had a guy stop the other day and said he worked for J&L paving and if I wanted my driveway sealed. No company name anywhere on the truck or equipment being towed. I told him the story and he replied " Well I don't really work for them directly" and left.
