I have made all relevant legal representatives aware of the actions of individuals who have been attempting to fraudulently represent themselves as legitimate representatives of the business currently being run from the address listed. I have also been made aware of a group of individuals who have also been attempting to fraudulently represent themselves as interest holders in the listed property. Current boarders/renters or persons staying at the address (other than the registered owner) are not legally entitled to make any claims on the listed property. Persons employed by the owner are only entitled to represent the owner's interests with regards to his business/property - at his discretion. I apologise for 'sticking my nose in the owner's business' from a distance, but legal action is awaiting those who have been interfering with MY interests. I'd like to also say, while the information appears to be correct, the postal code is now different. While mail may still be delivered to the door at that address, mail is now received via a different postal code.
