Rush bowls is a franchise and this is the first one to pop up in the state of NY! The owner is sweet and will excitedly answer all your questions. I have a membership at Hand and Stone spa and like to frequent Pet Goods, so this place is conveniently located around the corner. Speaking of pets, dogs are welcome. I bought a Bow Wow bowl for my dog. They also have a bowl of water out for thirsty furry friends.

My order was receiving mixed reviews: the salad I got was very small and the bowl did not allow for mixing, so a messy endeavor at best. The staff is really friendly, so the service hits a five. Loss of stars is for the price and the inconsistent quality of the ingredients.

I'm so glad I found this spot--it was exactly what I needed to reset. Food: 4/5 I ordered an ahi tuna poke bowl and a smoothie, and overall, it hit the mark. The tuna wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was still solid--fresh enough and well-balanced with the toppings. The smoothie, though, was delicious. I'd honestly come back just for that alone--it was cooling, clean, and packed with flavor. Atmosphere: 5/5 The interior design here is beautiful--very calm, airy, and just a peaceful place to sit for a bit. It felt like the kind of space where you could relax, journal, or just quietly enjoy a meal without the bustle of a typical café. Really appreciated that. Service & Price: This is more of a counter-service place--order at the front and grab a seat. No complaints there; everything came out pretty quickly and the staff was kind. As far as price goes: yes, it's on the higher end. A bowl + smoothie can easily run you over $30 which feels like a lot when compared to, say, a hearty Italian sandwich around the corner. But I get it--healthy food often just costs more. For me, it was worth it this time around. Overall: If you're in the area and looking to take a break from heavier meals, this is a lovely spot. It's not a cheap bite, but it's fresh, clean, and satisfying. I'll definitely be back for a smoothie if I'm nearby.

This is the second time I've been in in the past couple of weeks and I was pleasantly surprised to…read moresee that they were letting the fresh air in again with lots of tables to sit and relax at. The location is near Marist College and I'm sure that the students would love this place. I'm just wondering if they plan to have hot options as the weather chills down. It feels more seasonal to me. Perhaps adding some spiced cider or hot Matcha or masala chai I could get them a boost for Fall and Winter. Today's visit was around the noon hour and I was the only customer for about 10 minutes. They offer special discounts for students and teachers as well as first responders which I think it's really great. I would like to see them do a little bit more for seniors because a weekly visit here could break the bank. Excellent service and very nice staff. My daughter really loved the mango pineapple, açai bowl and it was loaded with fresh fruit. So big she could've done with the children's portion.

I love the chalkboard that you can write on and I love a big glass open door it reminds me of the beach, which is nice to have even here in the Hudson Valley. I initially got the super green, which was a best seller I added a coconut blend in place of the agave. I really enjoyed it. I had a coupon for a dollar although they didn't know how to use it. They were able to figure it out. It was nice too that they had an Instagram page set up here and some of the pictures I enjoyed.
