Ruroc is based 100% on marketing. They are expert on image and look. For the rest, it's a no go. Helmets are awfully built. Cheap materials badly assembled. I order their first generation at the very beginning atlas V1 and it was BAAAAD. Shields not closing fully( leaking). When opened, it was touching the helmet resulting in scratches all over the top of helmet. So I returned it. A month ago. I said to myself, wow V4 is in so problems must be solved so I ordered a new one. What a great deception again... rubber seal not glued on the helmet, the inside styrofoam shell was moving inside the helmet. That was shameful. Totally shameful. I returned it for refund. They have my return on hand since Jan 13th and since that, no fucking news from them. I sent four emails without any answers from them. They are BAD. Buy a real helmet. Shoei, Arai, Nolan. Don't get fooled buy the look. read more

ZERO STARS!!! (no option for that) This retailer is a perfect example of an all show, no go retailer. Their website is quite appealing, but that's just about it. By far, Ruroc (UK) has the worst customer service in the entire galaxy. They are quick to charge your credit card, and two weeks after, you never receive anything. Not even an email for an update. And yes, we are talking about helmets/jackets which they claim to be "in stock and ready for dispatch in 2 days". So, people... take your business elsewhere. Anywhere you look online for reviews, you'll see all the NEGATIVE reviews, and that's what I went through. If you don't believe me, try them and see for yourself. read more

If less than one star was possible, they deserve it. Just based on customer service alone their company is absolutely one of the most horrible that I've dealt with. Our $550 paperweights have no stereo, the padding is messed up, etc. I will never deal with or recommend this company to anyone read more

Absolutely disgusted by this company. Order $900 worth of gear and nothing fit (normal size and weight) after taking measurements and choosing sizes from their charts (not a huge issue). My issue starts two weeks after I received their email that stated my return had been received and would be processed shortly. No refund was issued, so I had to reach out. Email back stated "we're working on it, give us more time." So I sat patiently and gave them another week. Nothing. I had to reach out again. "insert another excuse, give us more time" Third email is 36 days after they had received my return. "insert another excuse, give us more time" I was going to order the next size helmet up once I received my order refund, but now I'm not even sure i'll ever get back the original $900 I spent with them. read more

I don't see or why the negative reviews? I have placed several orders with Ruroc and have always gotten the items I ordered in the promised date and got exactly what I've ordered. Despite my last 3.0 ordered which got delayed for QC issues. When I contact customer service they always get a hold of me within 24 hours or less. And they always fix or figure out the issue I'm having. I love this brand and will continue to buy from them. I don't have anything negative to say about the brand or the customer service which has always been top service for me read more

Helmet looks nice and that's about it. When I received my helmet, I've order the Shockwave audio system (wich never worked) because there where no anthena in my helmet. After reaching out with you,(several emails) it was impossible for them to send me the anthena,. So I bought one on my own and after 3 month the shockwave system broked.. So i endend up buying air pods. I bought a Jackey from them, delivery took 3 months more than expected and zipper broked after a month, I had it repaired on my own. They are no help. And now, they can't even send me one little pin after I almost killed my self by loosing my visor on the road at 120km/h. After too many emails (2 weeks back and forth). they told me 45$ for a visor + pin. When I finally accept the offer, they told me that the deal wasn't good anymore. Ruroc is a real Joke. read more

Shittiest customer service ever, I'm still sitting on the helmet from last September I haven't had a chance to wear because of subpar padding, now they release the next model already. read more

Sizing was way off. paid 120 dollars in shipping and customs wanted another 100 dollars. Ruroc denied the return because it was stuck in customs. Can't get ahold of customer service. they are a scam. read more

Just gave us the round about how they can't ship it on time. Also didn't include stuff we ordered, never replied to us. Just frustrating.

Terrible Customer service!!! My experience with them was so bad that I would never recommend anyone purchase from these people. Maybe they grew too fast before they had a chance to work out their customer service. I had gotten a helmet from them (live in Canada), well it didn't fit so had to send it back. Got charged shipping to send it to me plus customs, then had to pay to ship it back and would have had to pay shipping to get the replacement plus customs again!!! They had such terrible customer service that I got my money back. You never get the same people and they don't communicate, plus the returns department and the customer service department don't talk to each other. I had a replacement worked out but the invoice I got just said helmet replacement. No details! When I ask a very simple question it took days and days for a answer. I had to use a different email to even get a response from them. When I finally got through to them they jerked me around and never did answer my question. They then proceeded to increase the price of the helmet with the current online price which was a couple hundred more then it was when I picked it out. All in All, yes the helmets are cool but they have such bad customer service I would recommend if you don't live in Europe then just pass. I was extremely disappointed as I have wanted one of these for years, but I feel all they want is your money!! Now looking at other peoples reviews on the web I'm lucky I got my money back at all. At first this looks like a quality product. Super cool website, great marketing. Upon further inspection after receiving, these helmets have very poor padding and fit. So poor that they have had to develop and release an alternate liner padding fit a.k.a design fail and probably a lot of complaints on fit (I found this out afterwards). The online sizing chart is not even close to being accurate. My ears feel as though they are being ripped off when trying to put this on and remove it. I have no faith in getting a proper size so I have asked for a refund. Ruroc also screwed up and forgot to ship my shockwave, but they charged me for it, listed it on the tracking, and charged me import fees on it! The customer service rep "Daniel" who I have emailed back and forth for over a week is not addressing and answering my questions. Ruroc insists the return label has been emailed to me. They won't provide me the DHL number or waybill. This is super shady and leading me to believe I am getting the run around. Instead of providing the number or a download for the label they just tell me its been resent, and to check my junk mail and that it might come from Ruroc, DHL or Paypal. This company can't even tell me who or where my return label is coming from! Paypal was not used and has nothing to do with my order. Customer Service doesn't have a clue. Without dragging on this review - I would definitely not recommend buying anything from Ruroc. Burtal fitment. Terrible customer service. Beware! read more

This is the second time I've bought a helmet from them the 3.0 didn't come tell 4 1/2 months later when it said I would get it in 2 weeks , and now I got the 4.0 and I'm having shipping probs again... everyone I email I only get a a auto response... I'm having a prob FedEx says the product description wasn't proper so there holding my package and Ruroc hast to get in touch with them to fix it today I send my 3rd email to try and resolve and nuthin ... it sucks because the helmets are dope but fuck them as a company period read more

I paid over $500 for my helmet 18 months ago and it came with a wireless headset that did not work. They promised to send upgraded Shockwave. In spite of repeated emails and calls I have been ignored and have a helmet. A $550 helmet with no working wireless access. VERY frustrated!!! read more

I ordered the Shockwave 2.0 sound system for my Atlas 2.0 helmet. Twice the package said delivered and twice it was delivered to the wrong location. All I want it to speak on the phone with an actual person but this seems to be nearly impossible. Customer service is a joke to these people. Don't waste your money read more
