Big Disappointment. Long-time customer with Swayer (glass…read morereplacement, screen repair and large mirror install projects). But this last project installing high-end frameless sliding glass shower doors in two shower over tub applications did not turn out well: a $6800 investment for two shower door applications. Initially water under the doors the full length of the tub. I went back and they gave me clear plastic water dams to install under the doors. That stopped water flowing under the doors in the middle but leaks at the corners still were a problem. It would appear that perfectly straight glass door sides with plastic edge trim don't perfectly close gaps found in slightly imperfect tile walls. After multiple trips, additional suggestions of trim adjustment and additional caulking we still had leakage at corners. At the final trip back to the shop the personnel were clearly not happy to see me. Note that never once did they offer to come out and see what was happening with the $6800 doors. Was only told that they never had problems with leakage before. I was given some additional edging and sent on my way. Certainly not the type of service one would expect from a full-service glass shop. I suggest folks in the market for high-end product expecting follow-on customer service should look elsewhere.

They were very clear & communicative on their plan for the day. They were respectful & kind to us & each other, used clean language, got along with each other & joked around while still being professional. And they worked hard & fast! They were constantly moving, took care of our items & paid extra attention to items we were concerned about. After loading up, we fed them lunch. They were gracious & expressed gratitude for how TOS Academy had changed their lives & given them hope & purpose. They drove two hours to our new home & unloaded everything quickly & efficiently. I often saw them running to & from the truck, even though it meant going up & down a steep driveway & lots of stairs. They even put up bed frames & other items. It was a long, physical day for them.
