I found Paulo Ribeiro's academy on instagram and after checking him out and his students online I knew I wanted to be apart of his school. After being in Naples for a couple of weeks I finally made it to Professor Ribeiro's academy and met with him and watched a class that was in session. He was very professional and welcoming. He offered to let me train free for a couple of days and said he'd love to have me as his student. I returned a few days later for a class and truly enjoyed his teaching style and was impressed how well he paid attention to the details of the techniques he taught. He's a 6th degree black belt and comes great lineage, so his knowledge is vast and impressive. He introduced me to his wife, Natalie who also is a black belt and teaches kids classes. His students were awesome, very welcoming and I've since made friends with everyone there. I've been training at PRBJJ for over a year now and feel truly blessed to have found this academy and have this wonderful BJJ family. This is the only place to train BJJ in Naples.

Excellent staff. Really care about their students, not just the almighty dollar. Highly recommend.read more

If you have considered Karate for yourself or your kids, I have a recommendation. My son has been…read moreattending American Sports Karate for several years and really benefited from the structure, discipline, and physical fitness. The Sensei (Eric Masino) is outstanding. He is a great instructor who really brings out the potential of his students, while at the same time patient and accommodating. After a few years, my son was advancing so much that he decided to join their competition team, which is a great experience for those who want to push themselves. All ages are welcome to join with classes divided by age and skill, and each student will move along at their own pace, which is really important as this isn't one of those massive Karate factories. The class sizes are smaller and personalized with a Sensei really committed to helping his students grow. They offer a two-week free trial to anyone who would like to try out the class and see if they like it. They are located off Collier (near just south of Pine Ridge). If you have questions for Eric, he will be happy to answer any questions. 239-285-8067 or AmericanSportsKarate.com

Even the desk person was talking up a storm, it's just not good business, I was told the whole side of the gym and the Pit area floods from the rain and the canal that runs in the back, I get that cuz the parking lot was a literal food mess, And she said I'm very sorry you are here on wet gym day, what does this actually mean??? I'm distraught I will never go back, I do feel bad mostly for all the poor children who pay high prices for time in this gym, I think it's extremely unsanitary for children & will probably file a complaint To the owners of the building etc, I personally think they are hiding a lot here and it's sad, the people working here absolutely don't like their job and make it obvious. After looking close after the fact ugg at the reviews... they are mostly from bots or not real, not hard to cross reference these days,
