I bought a pair of v expensive Arbor Snowboard Bindings from them 3 days ago and already regretting…read moreit. 1- The screws that hold the Heel-Cup and Ankle straps in place need to be loosen in order to move the Hell-Cup forward. I tried this but the screws were frozen in place. Then with just a slight exertion of force, the Cross-Head on the screws (into which the head of the screw driver fits) disintegrated like they were made from clay. It was unbelievable. 2- I contacted Blue-Tomato, and they claim that "you need to be an authorised person to repair the bindings". I tried to explain to them that I was attempting to adjust them according to manufacturer's instructions, but they refuse to listen. Their multiple email replies are rude and patronising and treat people like idiots. 3- The buckles (ratchet system) is very poor quality and feels like something I used to encounter in the 90's. It sticks to the ladder and is very hard to undo. This will be a big problem on the mountain in freezing conditions. I will never buy another Arbor product nor will I ever shop with Blue-Tomato. I am so angry with their attitude that despite my busy schedule I felt I had to take time to write this review to prevent others from dealing with these jokers. I've been a customer for years and happy to be so until very recently. I've never ever experienced…read moresuch a bad customer service: I bought a new crank for my MTB, which it needed. I found the best price on bike-discount.de (great price comes with a cut of costs somewhere)... I installed the crank during the weekend, but after three days I noticed a wiggle in the crank, which was due to a faulty threading. After three days of use, the threading was completely worn out. I was surprised and send the crank back to Germany. Here it took bike-discount.de THREE weeks to look at my crankset, then send it back - and here's where it gets really tricky. They haven't done anything. After three weeks I've gotten the same crank back. Or not quite, they only send the drive-side!!! So I ask where the other half is and they say it's in the mail. Who does this? Anyways - so after more than a month I recieve my crank set back. Not being repaired or anything. Now I ask for a refund, but gets told I've mounted the pedals wrong. And now they won't respond to my e-mails. I've repaired bikes for several years and know how to mount pedals. They even have a "L" and "R" marking, ffs! So now I'm left frustrated, without a functional bike, with a useless crank and bike-discount refusing to refund the money. I mean, how can a business survive with this kind of service? TLDR: The company is slow, bad and refusing to refund the money I paid for a defect product. This is by far the worst online shopping experience ever!
