First is to see what new technology and products are in and the second is to catch up on this family owned business and see what's been going on. Every time I've brought my tools in to have them serviced its always come back timely, and either sharpened or repaired back as manufactured would have it. For many people I could see where they feel the price may be higher than other places but you pay for what you get and Stihl is a very quality product. I would recommend and encourage anyone to visit Ron's Saw Sales.

Yesterday I bought an electric trimmer. I forgot the manual so went back to get it. The man who sold it to me was looking under the counter for the manual. Ed came out and was talking to that guy like I wasn't standing there. He said tell her we'll order some and let her know. "Hello I'm standing right here." He seemed grumpy and made me feel insignificant. Definitely not the great customer experience that always brings me back. :( Ed having a bad day I guess.

If u go in the small door where there is one little register, you are usually safe. Sometimes people know what they are doing there. But the main entrance for some reason its just such a pain to try buy anything, you have to remember the price of the products you are buying cause they have no idea. Sometimes you get blank stares when you ask questions, or they ask you questions.. like what I don't work here how would I know? Also the thing with the chicks.. we were told there would be a steady supply but both times we went in there they didnt have any. Also when we ordered some they said they should be here by the next week. Now they are 3 weeks out! Hhm, I think they just grab anyone who walks in the door and say oh you wanna work here, here is a shirt. Enjoy! Such a shame, cause I love the store and i'll probably continue to come anyway. But arrg! Always end up leaving so disgusted.

We have had several issues arise with the installation of the appliance, and it has been and still is a fight to get anything resolved through their store manager. Would not shop here again.

Was in town for a visit. Stopped by to get a few items An…read moreemployee was outside, so I asked her prices of plants because they seemed to be poorly signed and needed clarification, which I stated. Instead of walking over to the end of the table she just said all "Plants to the end of the table and under are $5.99, except these which are $4.99 and these as she pointed." So I grabbed a plant in the , as she described $5.99 section, and went inside. It rang up at $14.99. I explained that the person outside watering plants said it was $5.99 to which the register employee said she couldn't change the price. So, I walked outside and asked the employee if she happened to be a manager. She replied" well, yes, a department manager " Oh great you just told me all these plants to the end of the table are $5.99. NOW she walks to the end of the table and says "this one ?" No, the one behind it. Oh well, I didn't see that one. That's why I specifically asked you to verify pricing. Ring goes her phone , she answers it and says " I'm working " PERSONAL CALL ANSWERED ?? HELLO !! Customer here !! NOT OK RUNNINGS OF BENSON !!
