I tried a lot of places but no store had what I needed...a winter boot that performed like a hiking boot but gave the traction and warmth of a traditional Sorell boot...Until I walked into Outer Limits....The staff were very knowledgeable and well trained to fit me with what I needed. They suggested a boot I would never have picked and it was perfect. The customer service was exceptional and I will be a return customer for many years based on this experience.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced...EVER...from any business in Saskatoon…read moreor Canada for that matter! I was in and bought a pair of wrist wraps. Before checking out I asked if I could return them. The owner said yes as long as I didn't use them. I came to return them unused and was told they had an exchange or credit only policy. There was ZERO discussion about exchange or credit when I originally checked out and nothing was written on the receipt. In fact I only receive a credit card receipt. The owner got into a yelling match with me over something that cost $20. I'm absolutely shocked they are still in business. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again even if it's the cheapest and best product in town. The owner and his son need to take a course on customer satisfaction and how to successfully manage a business. They claim to be Canada's oldest specialty equipment store and they conduct themselves as the oldest. The owner Merv Smith was the rudest man I've encountered in many years. His son Michael who continued to work with me after Merv walked away into the back room couldn't make a decision for himself. One less customer...good luck.
