My wife and I recently moved to PA and had to register our vehicles. Our daughter recommended that we go to Runkle's and I'm glad we did. We stopped by and got a list of what I would need to get this done from Tony. One of of vehicles had a handicap tag he advised us of the form we would need and how to obtain it online. Once we had the form signed by our doctor we returned with some of the documents in hand. Tony quickly realized I forgot the title for one vehicle. A trip back home and with the title in hand we returned. However, Tony was at lunch. Jacob stated he could help us and indeed he did a short time later we were finished with both tags (one being a handicap) Tony arrived back from lunch just as we were finishing up and apologized for not being there to finish the transaction. Today we met a woman (and her sick young grandson) who was buying a car from us at Runkle's to transfer the title. As we walked in she realized she didn't have her insurance card. Sigh. When it was our turn, she explained to Chiffon, the Runkle's representative, that she didn't have her insurance info. Chiffon asked a few questions and then called the woman's insurance company. Chiffon then handed over the phone and told our buyer exactly what to ask for when they came on the line. Within 5 minutes our buyer had the faxed info in hand and our transfer proceeded quickly. Chiffon could have told our buyer to come back when she had it. She knew how to get the information and cared enough to help this woman (and sick grandchild). Chiffon....thank you. read more

My father and I were looking to transfer a car title and were new to the process, so we headed to Runkle's for assistance. We were lucky to have Virginia from Runkle's to assist us! Virginia was so patient with us as we asked a lot of questions and needed guidance as to what documents we needed for the transfer. We came back two days later with all of our paperwork and Virginia was there to help again. Her service was excellent and she was very kind and friendly to us! We visited other places and tried to get our truck title transferred from another state. Luckily we came to Runkle's. The entire staff was helpful and Brooke came to our rescue. If she didn't know the answer, she asked someone else (shows professionalism). We were able to get all the necessary paperwork completed and drive off with a new license plate. I've been fortunate to have AMANDA do title transfers and obtain a trailer tag and title for me. She is always so pleasant and so positive. One key point with Amanda is she always listens and then does what you ask or explains a better approach. Amanda is certainly a credit to the Red Lion facility. Went to Runkle's today as I was in a bind with trying to renew auto registration on line. Wasn't able to print registration and was told not to log out or my application would be lost. Went to Runkle's after a phone call to Ricki who graciously offered to help me if I came to office. She was awesome and made me feel much better.
