Purchased one of the traps for small squirrels and chipmunks. Works exactly as advertised. First weekend I moved 12 of these pests. The squirrel trap does work which is why the two stars. The basin came broken. The manufacturer did replace it but only with another broken one. They blamed it on Amazon or shipping and denied sending me one that works. The plastic is cheap and there is no padding in the box. The product breaks as easy as glass no wonder they keep breaking. The girl at Rugged Ranch says it happens all the time. Customer service doesn't want to replace their shipped broken product or even back it up.
