None of your questions would or should alter a price of notarization. You are assuming that your customers don't know what they are doing. I called another notary and he gave me the answer straight away. I went there, with one of my initial witnesses and got the document notarized. You did not need to know any of the questions that you asked me. You were simply trying to save your self time by wasting mine. And, with this reply, you are simply wasting more of it... Assuming that all of your customers are incompetent is insulting at the least.

I did all the steps sent everything they asked for and yet it's been a month and I still haven't received any of my paperwork every single time I've called I get her on the phone again her just so she could be nasty and rude on the phone to me every single time talks to me in Spanish. I tell her I speak English.
