Most of this place is one big open space. And even though they put us in "private" rooms, the door to the room was a curtain, so you could hear everything going on in the rest of the space (i.e. front desk staff chatting, other patrons talking, etc). - They interrupted us 15 minutes in to tell us their credit card machine was down and to ask if we had cash. She informed me that she would do no more massage till my time was over. She told me that people like me should not come again because I could only tip ten dollars. She continued to shell at and verbally abuse me. I told her that I would rather leave. She yelled, " Good! Don't come again!" On my way out, another offered water. I decline, fearing for my life.
