Most of this place is one big open space. And even though they put us in "private" rooms, the door to the room was a curtain, so you could hear everything going on in the rest of the space (i.e. front desk staff chatting, other patrons talking, etc). - They interrupted us 15 minutes in to tell us their credit card machine was down and to ask if we had cash. No where in the email did it say it was only the hot stones that would be free. Nothing in fine print. Their marketing is BS and false advertising. I won't be returning to a massage height. No one should trust the emails that they get about "great" offers they have going on.
