Finally we arranged a lesson for today, he was 50 minutes late, when I rang him there was no apology and he literally said 'well I've made my money for today so let's leave it'. WHAT! Can you imagine any other profession where this type of customer service would be acceptable? It does make you worry where this guy has worked (if he has) previously for him to think this is okay when dealing with a paying customer. Shocking!
