Instead of taking the time to answer my questions, she seemed impatient and eager to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. As a parent calling a pediatric dental office, I expected a more understanding and supportive interaction, especially during a busy morning start-of-the-week time. Customer service is extremely important, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very poor first impression. Definitely not coming to this office.

I was really impressed with their practice, it seemed clean, organized, my son got a balloon, sticker, and despite "politely" declining the X-ray he overall enjoyed the visit and honestly asked to come back every week or so since. They left a great impression! The dental technician was Gladys and she was also really good with our son. A therapy dog also walks around and checks on the kids that may need a little extra support. As a parent, especially with a child this young, I expected the dentist to take the time to clearly explain what was going on, what treatment was being recommended, and why. Instead, the entire appointment felt extremely rushed. I was told that my son has multiple cavities and that five teeth may need to be pulled, which is obviously very concerning to hear about a 2-year-old. However, I did not feel that the dentist took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, discuss the different treatment options, or help me understand what would be best for my child. When I asked questions, I felt like I was met with an attitude rather than patience and reassurance. When you're discussing potentially extracting several teeth from such a young child, parents deserve clear explanations, compassion, and the opportunity to ask questions without feeling rushed. I left the consultation feeling uncomfortable, uninformed, and disappointed with the lack of communication and bedside manner. I will definitely be seeking a second opinion before making any decisions regarding my son's dental treatment.

If you fill out the form online they will actually schedule an appointment for you without ever needing to call, which was convenient for me at that time. You walk in, it's clean, you're greeted and they have an area for kids to play in. Adriana, my dental assistant, helped get all my X-rays and kept me aware of what the next step was. It's never fun sitting around in an office wondering if the dentist is coming or not, so her keeping me updated is a great perk. The process was very smooth. They have a good system down from beginning to end. They even have the office accountant (I believe) come in and walk me through pricing and what would be due at end of service before my cleaning. My hygienist Karla was knowledgeable and thorough in my cleaning. I was comfortable and it helped to have the numbing rinse too lol. That's always fun. She did a great job, even gave me a coupon code for an electric toothbrush. Overall great experience and I have booked my next appointment. And they actually handle all dental care for my mom, brother and littler sister too so definitely recommend for families. *Fun Fact: they have TVs in the ceiling!! Billing practice is concerning. Everything is billed under the dentist owner even though a…read moredifferent dentist performed the entire procedure. When I asked about it, they said that's standard practice. Not sure if that's true for dental billing but it's 100% fraudulent for medical especially since the billing provider never even saw the patient. I also had to pay out of pocket for my crown because the office did not submit the notes to insurance and didn't inform me until it was past timely filing. Super incompetent, it would have been paid if they submitted the medical notes.
