Per their contract I have a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR 2 YEARS. They are to remove it and refund me 100% of my money. They can't get one of the mitsubishi mini-split system heads to work, they made another appointment but didn't show up, no notification to me, and now they are refusing to communicate. This mitsubishi mini-split has one outdoor unit and three indoor heads. The tech put more freon in without measuring it and then withdrew some without measuring it just to try something. Now the 2 heads that were working are not producing as much cold air than before. Chills on Wheels is not living up to their contract and expectations. Now they are not returning phone calls or any other communication.
