The lady was out of the office and had forwarded her office phone to her cell. She answers with a hello... lady.. what professionalism is that? How about identifying the business you are answering the call for? She tells me she's out of the office and will be back in 1/2hr. It's been 2 plus weeks. She never asked for my number, so I assumed she would grab it from her cell. I guess she has too much business and does not need any more?? Horrible customer service! Wouldn't trust them to insure my trash. Everyone is always telling us to go local, the little guy. When we do, we end up with garbage customer service most of the time. This is a prime example. I rather pay more to AAA, but at least they are professional and respectful. Beyond disappointing!

DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM LOYA, IT MAYBE BE CHEAP BUT EVENTUALLY THEY WILL GET YOU AND YOUR MONEY. there are people out there that will commit auto insurance fraud as a living but a insurance company decides to pay claims even if it is false is whole new level of robbery. we will never win or be fairly assessed and since it is a requirement that we must have auto insurance it leaves us with no choice. i mean what can we really do. they increase premiums with no explanation..

Since purchasing my home in 2020 and making my mortgage payments, they have failed to contact me with any situations unless I contact them AFTER receiving communication from my lender advising me insurance matters are NOT being addressed by this insurance agency. What took the cake was, back in April when I was not notified that an inspection of my roof was needed from the insurance carrier, I didn't allow a man I did not know to inspect my property and immediately contacted the agency to find out what was happening. The agent said I should have known but she would attempt to set up another inspection which was not accepted by the carrier. The agency asked me to submit photos of the roof, which I did that SAME DAY. I immediately emailed them to the agent and did my due diligence and called the agent and confirmed they were received. I advised the agent in that call I would make sure to have someone come and inspect my roof and do any repairs as well just in case . She said fine I'll contact the carrier Monday. I was glad that was taken care of. Or so I though! No communication came my way at all after that. Here we are in September (5 MONTHS later!) and I receive a cancellation notice from the carrier. When I contacted the agency, the response was ," I did receive them (the photos) but I never sent them out". Now the premium I had is non existent, I have to go with a new carrier and now pay a higher premium! And the response to that was: ," I already said sorry, what do you want me to do". Never have I ever seen such a thing. So sad for this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY. If your real estate agent selects them as your homeowners insurance carrier, DECLINE!

I had to actually use my insurance a couple of times in the last couple of years (usually a nightmare) and both times it was very smooth thanks to Christian. Generally how I've seen a successful company become successful is through word of mouth, So to tell the truth i was a bit scared when i got a phone call from Esmeralda from state farm. Specially because recently at the beginning of this year (2016 jan) i had an accident, so my insurance had gone up. I was thinking to myself "oh here goes another insurance i am already with a cheap one now this one is calling me to give me a quote that i will say 'no thank you' ..." but one Esmeralda started talking it felt a little different, i just decided to give it a go why not. I never been in customer service i always been the customer, and i am not a big fan of giving them a hard time. At the same time its hard for me to open up, with her it was easy like talking to an old friend real talk no fake stuff no "friend zone talk." Esmeralda explain what they were offering and i had my insurance policy open and we were comparing. for the most if not even more they had more coverage for my car, even for my renter insurance and a life time policy. At first i said no to the lifetime policy since i was trying to budget down. i was then transfer to Andrea which she gave the same vibe as Esme, switching with them was easy and very self explanatory, i ended up signing up for a much budget friendly plan that included auto and renters lower than what i had. BUT! wait there is more (feeling of an infomercial) later that week I got a phone call from Esmeralda I was in the mid of work so she gave me some quick good news saying that i qualify for a discount plan when i sign in for the Life policy, for an even better deal. So basically that whole feeling that they show and did. I guess this is how it feels to have a good neighbor. I never knew that about neighbors.. specially cuz i only had mexican neighbors so we mexicans dont do those kinds of treatment from neighbors ha..ha.. aah... ha.. 100% recommend State Farm, this office they dont jus treat you like a neighbor, but a close friend.
