The photo quality is better than any other photobooth I've seen and our guests loved the photos. Even the kids gave us great feedback There are many that provide this service so why use Smiles and Beyond? - We were lucky to reach out to them last minute and they were able to come out to our party. So flexibility - across all aspects. - Pricing is very fair. The service alone was above and beyond from our experience. -- Most importantly - they went above and beyond. We had a projector and some speakers (not that great). Leo asked me if we wanted him to hook up his speaker and projector. I said no it'll do not wanting to bother. He said no, it has to be perfect and so we switched to Leo's speaker and video adapter. So glad we did! (My husband got sick last year and we had to cancel our wedding so this was a way to celebrate our union with family and friends). Leo could have stayed at the booth doing what we hired him for, instead he saw me struggling a little and offered to help. Ella and Leo even came looking for me at the end of the party before packing up just to see if there was anyone else I wanted to take a picture with - knowing I did not get to take many pictures at all while entertaining our guests. So although many will provide a service ... very few actually put people first - and Leo and Ella did just that. From our very first contact - their attention to detail and especially the caring human touch was truly impeccable. With the rain and another party to go to - they did not run out the door when the clock hit 4. Instead Leo and Ella made sure our guests and I were happy - me especially :) Would use them again and if you're shopping around - at least meet with Leo and Ella. The only thing you have to lose is possibly a vendor that cares more about your needs than the paycheck at the end of the party. And I genuinely mean that.

His father originally owned a balloon store, and I met Michael when we were both young (we might be around the same age) because he would come with his dad to deliver balloons for my birthday at a young age. Now, all these years later, Michael is still the one making my birthdays special-except this time it was my 40th! There is something so special about seeing him continue his father's legacy and keep this a true family business. My family has been getting balloons from their family for decades, and I absolutely love that the tradition has continued through generations. And my 40th setup was AMAZING!!! The balloons, the personalized board, all of the nautical details, and the light-up 40 came together perfectly. He completely understood my vision and made it even better than I pictured. It was one of the first things everyone saw when they walked into the party and it was absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of places you can order balloons from, but this is different. There is history, family, and so much heart behind what Michael does. From delivering balloons for my birthdays when we were kids to creating this incredible setup for my 40th... it really came full circle.
