Jerry told me that he would send someone over in the next day or two, it was the next day and Andrew had the outlet up and running in less than and hour. Yes this was not a big job, but the customer service I received was unbelievable for this area. Both Jerry and Andrew were very knowledgeable about their trade and I feel that Andrew could have done a lot less to make me as pleased as I am, felt like he was doing it the way he would want someone do it for him. Finally and most important, I had bids from a total of two companies and the bid and final cost from In-Phase was $1,620 less than the first bid. Went to my Dr. appointment and called for service when I returned; after lunch. To my surprise and amazement, the service rep. arrived before 2:00 p.m.! The only thing blocking the sensor was the wire connecting it! I was in such a rush to get to my Dr. appointment, I failed to look close enough! The tech showed me the problem and tied the wire up so it wouldn't happen again, then lubed my tracks. A bit expensive for the problem, but well worth it for the same day service!
