I had requested her nails be trimmed to the shortest nail she had so that they would all be the same length and they complied. After the service my Mom was not happy with the length but they understood when I explained that she would be okay and that it was necessary. Our massages were in the same room which was expected and necessary as I was concerned my Mom would be scared. She was fine and we enjoyed a very thorough massage. I felt very relaxed. Mom and I even had a laugh over how our hair must look after the scalp portion of the massage. We will be back if they will have us.

I have had my brows done in the past but was never very happy with my results. From the very moment I stepped into her shop, I felt such a sense of comfort, and a welcoming feeling. She was not only so kind and caring, but a complete sweetheart. Karen is very professional and very knowledgeable. She explained the process of everything in detail and made recommendations. My brows exceeded my expectations and turned out absolutely amazing. Since then, I have been back a few times and I have had a Microneedling procedure done and HF spot removal treatment, both in which I am in-love with the results. I had many questions, and she went out of her way to explain everything in detail and even showed me videos so I would know what to expect. Karen is truly amazing and made me feel so pampered in such a serene setting. I received top notch spa treatment. Karen offers so many amazing procedures and products at her shop, with such amazing prices. I feel very fortunate to have met her, & I know she will now be a friend for life. I have already booked future appointments with her and can not wait to go back to be pampered. PS. The nail tech showed up 10 minutes late and got to work. She tried really hard but it took an hour and she did a terrible job. A week later I still have shallac gel on my nails. I didn't want to go back because it was my last full day on vacation with my family. It cost $17 USD after they quoted me at $15. I would have been less upset if they had been honest and just told me they didn't have someone who knew how to do it. I don't recommend coming here for your nails, I would go somewhere in town instead.

This is a luxury property not an all inclusive hotel so please keep that in mind when booking. The condo had a full large kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a panoramic ocean view of the sea of Cortez. Coffee on the balcony after our morning sunrise walks is how we started each day. The location is approx 20min from the main town but the scenery and beach front location makes this the perfect getaway. The bonus was the locals who set up shop on the beach just next to our hotel offering beachside massages, fresh fruits, ceviches, and piña coladas fresh from the piña! We had no need to really leave anywhere. There are infinity pools, outdoor shower stations to rinse off the sand, cabanas and BBQ grills all conveniently located in the pool area.
