As my…read morepartner was getting out of the restroom he said heard the cashier saying "I'm going to have the put a bigger F'ing sign for the females restroom" she then proceeded to burst into the bathroom and yell at my mother asking if she was a female or a male. First of all, she has breast and you can clearly see that. My mom has short hair and decided to tuck in her hair into a baseball hat. When my she realized my mom was a female, she simply said "oh I thought a male came into the woman's bathroom" and walked away. She didn't even apologize or anything. What kind of establish acts like that? At least an apology would have been nice after she realized her mistake.

I have noticed a lot of turn over for just opening. Customer service lacks in this location. There are other Gas & Service stations not that far away from this location, were their customer service is much better. Only reason I see to stop at this is the lower cost of Gas. Needs Customer friendly staff to grow.

To start off the employees are very rude and disrespectful. There's a boy in there who works night…read moreshift and I've seen him during the day too who called a previous employee a crack head and talk about calling the cops on her because him and the manager Riad like to talk about people's personal issues. Also a tall girl looks young is on the phone 24/7 and cannot focus when I was at her register. Third shift I come in before work and the same girl is on the floor behind the counter or taking people when she's not even on the clock. Then you have morning shift who doesn't clean anything all day and it's gross when there's mold growing in the coffee machine. Also Riad does not run that store as well as you guys may think. No one who works there has manners and will fight with you when they are doing wrong and know it. Personal the stores been open to long needs to be closed!
