This used to be my favorite restaurant in Dresden which I frequented at least once a week, but…read moreafter being out of town for a short time and returning to see massive changes to the menu among other things it dropped to my least favorite. The staff was rude and while one person ordered the special of the day that was said to include a dish plus drink for a set price, we were charged for the drink separate. We were then told that it is because you have to order the food and drink at the same time, not when they ask you what drink you want as soon as you sit down and don't know about the special yet and later are asked what dish you would like. More than half of the menu has been cut leaving only a handful of dishes which seemed to be mainly pork. The menu wasn't that big to begin with before but at least had a bit of variety. The food that I got was overcooked and partially burnt with dry and chewy pork, mushy vegetables, and potatoes swimming in a sea of butter which couldn't even be eaten with a fork as they were so overcooked they just crumbled. Even their Zwickelbier seems to be lacking in quality anymore. Well, at least knowing all of this now saves me a trip across town.

Really great restaurant with large outside seating area and great area for kids. The place has…read moreamazing friendly feeling, the personnel is super friendly and the food is really good. The service is great yet you feel very relaxed. They are also welcoming cyclists :)

From the owner: Technická památka Parostrojního pivovaru v Lobči u Mšena je svědkem pětisetleté tradice vaření piva…read morena Kokořínsku. První písemná zmínka o pivovaru je ale z roku 1586 a renesanční jádro stávající stavby bylo vybudováno kolem roku 1600. K zastavení výroby došlo ve válečném roce 1943. Znovuobnovený pivovar byl slavnostně požehnán mělnickým Saletinem páterem Jackem v sobotu 30. května 2015.
