The salespeople are pushy, they ran an ad I didn't want and now they want me to pay for it. The Supervisor treated me like I was a liar, and provided context to the call that was not true. He was not in on the call. They should be investigated for their shady practices. read more

I think alot of the confusion here is that those checking up to validate this Souvenir Program simply did not talk to the people who had knowledge of this particular printing. The individual schools would not have any knowledge of this order because the Souvenir Programs were ordered by someone in District 7 in Class 3 of the Missouri State High School Activities Association for Christian Schools. I personally contacted such because I wanted to know if indeed these programs got handed out to the public? I gladly found out that they did indeed get handed out, as in all of the programs that were printed - with none left over. Royall Publishing is a fraudulent business, soliciting companies to place ads in support of high schools with which they have no relationship. After agreeing to support a local high highschool's girls' volleyball team with an ad and sending the artwork to Royal Publishing I called the athlectic director of the school to confirm the school's association with Royal. Here's the transcript of the message I received back from the Ass't Athletic Director: "This is ____________ from the athletic department at ___________ High School. I just spoke with our volleyball coach, and she is not aware of any type of Royal Publishing or any soliciting that should be going on for placing an ad for the girls volleyball team, so I'm very glad that you called double check. I would say that it is not legit at this time. If we ever get any updates on anything else about that I will let you know and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention." read more

I will never do business again with this company!! We agreed to an ad after being called multiple times everyday until we agreed... so we agreed to the cheapest ad that was $65. They sent an invoice for $165. We didn't pay it and When I tried to call to speak with someone they told me the sales rep is no longer with the company... Okay so they don't know who I should speak with and they left it at that . Never spoke with anyone... So about a few months later some lady keeps calling my place of work whiLe I'm off for a few months..saying she has a recording of me agreeing to this and we need to pay this.. just being rude. So I called her back and she told me I was a scam trying to scam her out of money. When in reality they are a scam!! Read the reviews on google people!!!!! I asked her to hear this recording... she could not provide it. After arguing with this woman for 15 min she offered to give 1/2 off of $165 because she doesn't want to argue. She said she was going to send a new invoice and a copy of the ad to the place of work. I told her I'm sure they will contact me when it comes in since I am not working for now... A few days later I get a call on my cell phone from this woman... first off I never gave her permission to call me on my cell let alone I never gave her my cell number. She pulled it off the caller Id and is now calling me while I'm at home off work for a few months. Ridiculous!!!!!! read more
