BEWARE of this BS company I wish I could give this company zero star. This company is about lie promises. They promise something else sending something different . My wife order $2000 pots sets. First the amount is way more then what they promised and we made payment it is not showing in our statement. We called this company more then 3 weeks they said they will contact their sales associate and they didn't get respond back. What kind of company BS is that. Then they promise had one extra item and they didn't send that either. They go best on their contract and we told them that we have been lie for the items and amount they said they can't do anything we have to pay them that is about it. Also don't try to get their supervisor because they don't know or can't do anything. They speak English but understanding 50% only. Scammers.My wife bought fresca pure water filter that started leaking after a year or 2. We sent it back in,and they sent us half a filter without bottom connector for hose,and no lid.Rendering it useless.When asked where our parts are,they keep telling us 7 days.
