To be clear, Elite Trade Painting is a franchise company and I've dealt with KC Brown. I'm not sure…read morewhat is his geographical territory, but I was in Mississauga. First I should say his pricing is very reasonable. I received quotes from other professional painters and they were a fair bit higher. But more importantly he is extremely responsive, accommodating and responsible. I never worried that he and his staff would do a poor job or wouldn't finish on time. The contract he provides is also very detailed to give clients additional security. And they were great at cleaning up afterwards. My only tip for those looking to book him is to know what you want in terms of colours (they use Dulux paint). He prefers not to get involved with colour choices. I highly recommend KC Brown and his Elite Trade Painting team to anyone looking to get professional painting services both residential or commercial.

I actually feel a little guilty in that KC underquoted our project, imo. KC painted our old, dated exterior brick house and created a masterpiece. Our house is now the talk of the neighbourhood. Connor and Karly were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They paid attention to little details and didn't rush the project. I highly recommend KC at Elite Trade Painting. In fact, he's painting the interior of my parents' house soon. Do not hesitate to hire KC. You will be so happy! Amazing people. Amazing Company. For real.

Today Austin came to do my windows. He was so pleasant and worked quietly and efficiently to get the job done.
