Had an appointment for pedicure and dip for my nails. After 3 days my nail chipped so I went back to get it fixed. First he told me he was too busy since he was the only technician. I waited, he fixed my nail for no charge. Three days later it chipped again and 1 nail completely feel off and 2 more chipped. I've been doing dip for over a year in FL and they last over a month. I gave 1 star because I had to. It started off with the man arguing because I didn't want gel polish for my pedicure. So I finally gave in. The woman did my pedicure and the water was barely Luke warm and she only had a glove on one hand. It only took her 5 minutes to do it. She did not even use a pumice stone on my feet. She pretty much washed and dried them and painted my nails. It took less than 20 minutes to get the pedicure done including painting my nails. Then at the end she washed everything off in my dirty water and cleaned off the glove and put it back in the box! I will NEVER go there again! read more

I stopped getting my nails done because of this place. Every time I went in there my fingers would be sore and bleeding with giant gouges out of the nail that they drill into over and over to make a ridge to make them stick. In the end many nails wouldn't last the day and would break or chip doing any little thing, and they didn't like me coming back in to get the work fixed saying I had to be more careful. I was stupid and have never gotten my nails done so I thought this was the norm. They would make my real nail so thin it was unhealthy and my fingers would hurt and at times bleed after a fill or manicure. The paint job has always been bad with sloppy work. It's pretty sad when you pay all that money and they get so much of it all around your nails. They are so rough grabbing your hands and yanking them where they need them. Anyways this town is full of salons, or simply go to out of town. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I live in the area and have been forced to go here as this is one of the only places that do nails. I'm so sick of them. They do the worst work. They treat their regular customers like trash--tell you they think looks good and not good. I've broken 4 nails in 2 weeks!!! My most recent one broke while putting a shoe on. Really????! When I called and expressed my frustration I was told "you need a fill" I was just there 4 days ago fixing the first 2 that broke..and now another 2 broke. As you can see from the pics...no. I don't need a fill. Their work is sloppy and trash. I will be happy to spend more money and go further to get a decent set of nails done by a decent person. I'm new to the area and did research on pricing and availability before choosing to try this nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone was. I would definitely recommend Vincent, he fixed a botched nail job from a previous place and told me how to care for them. He's wonderful. The only thing I wish I could change is the fill-in price for acrylics, it's $20 with regular polish and $30 with gel. In my experience, $12-$15 is a more reasonable price, but this wouldn't keep me from giving them five stars. read more

My mother and I found ourselves in need of a pedi and a fill while on vacation. I should have checked the reviews here first!! Salon seems very unclean. They even have a dog in the salon that sits in the pedicure chairs. Glad neither of us were allergic! When I said I needed a gel fill- they said ok and nothing indicated that I wasn't going to get what I wanted. They only do acrylic nails or dip powder. They don't use gel builder at all. Which wasn't explained to be until I already was halfway through my services. The pedicure was mediocre. The dip powder that I decided to try was done well. I was horrified to see that after I was done soaking in acetone (to remove my gel nails) the sucked the acetone right back into the bottle to re use. I'm so thankful that I won't ever need to return to this salon and wanted to be sure others had a chance to hear my experience before they choose to go here read more

My husband and I stopped in to get pedicures before a wedding (we are from out of town). Other places that had reviews were booked, so we decided to give this place a try. We should have been clued in when the sign to the place is a vinyl banner. There is a harsh smell of acrylic when you first walk in and at the pedicure booths, a strong sulphur scent hit the nose (we decided that it may be well water and the normal "smell"). We both had appts for the same time, but my husbands didn't get started until after mine was almost done. My pedicure was uninspired. There was barely any cuticle cleaning and foot scrubbing. Also, the paint job was horrendous. He had to go back with remover on every single toe and still left polish on my skin (see pics). The girl who worked on my husband dropped the cuticle cutter on the floor and proceeded to continue using it. I was done in about 20 mins and my husband was done in 10-15.
