This is where you go when the postman has left his little red card telling you that he cant get your parcel or whatever through the door and your not in to open the door. Its normally a 48hr wait for you to pick up your parcel but when you do expect a que no matter what time of day you go. Its also a nightmare when christmas approaches cos the ques just get longer. In all fairness there are always at least 2 on the desk at any one time and they are always friendly and courteous so i cant fault them for that . read more

You go here when you've missed a parcel with your red card that's been shoved through the door. They're open Monday to Saturday, only till about 12 on a Saturday though and the queue is usually huge on this day! During the week it's open till about 6pm which is great because it means I can pop over after work. It can be empty when I go in after work but you press a button and someone usually appears behind the counter. read more
