I hired **All county toilets** to provide porta potties for a nonprofit event on March 28. They confirmed delivery for March 27 and pickup for March 30. They never showed up--no delivery, no call, nothing. I tried contacting them all weekend with no response. When I finally reached someone on Monday, I was told I would be refunded. That refund has still not been issued. I followed up again and was met with extremely disrespectful customer service. I was told a manager would contact me, but no one ever did. This left us scrambling during a public event that required proper facilities, despite having planned and paid in advance. As a nonprofit supporting our community, this was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. They currently owe me around $500 for services never provided. I would strongly caution anyone against relying on this company, especially for important events.

Marvin spoke with a Spanish accent. After the second or third call and me demonstrating some agitation in my voice Marvin said and I quote " hey man or you that upset over a toilet". Not a very good experience at all. I am awaiting a written quote from them and I hope my experience with them improves to the point where I can come back and amend this but I seriously doubt it, Here is the added addendum. As I was waiting for the representative to get back to me with a quote. After a few hours I text back and said I was waiting for someone to get back to me about the quote someone call and said "may I have your credit card number" they did not say this All county Toilet I am Marvin we have a quote for you. i answer the phone he said my I have your credit card number. This is a on going issue so it's not over yet I will add one more addendum once it's complete.
