Unfortunately after seeing her for a few years and sending her patients over, including my son, she disagreed with me on an issue regarding my bridge where she was incorrect and discounted objective evidence. My bridge cost several thousands of dollars and after having it only around two years she mentioned during my last appointment I may need to have it redone. This is the same Dentist office that has told me in the past how clean my teeth were. I thought everything was fine but after nicely sending her evidence regarding my bridge and letting her know not to worry as my gums were doing better, her way of handling it was to me make me feel uncomfortable around her staff and calling my primary doctor's office berating me. I was in shock. This is the first time I've ever experienced such abusive and unprofessional behavior from a Medical Professional. Dental work is expensive and bridges are supposed to last longer than 2 to 3 years. Everyone needs to be able to trust their Dentist and Doctors. It's very unfortunate but her hateful actions have shown that she cares more about money than her patients. I could never humiliate and hurt someone like she did me. No one deserves to suffer at the hands of any professional that they intrust to take care of them.

I will…read morenow drive 45-50 minutes from Birmingham without a thought for the quality of care received from Dr. Kerper. I have had three root canals now. I had two in Birmingham and both from different highly recommended endodonest. Each trip was awful. If I ever need another root canal, I will drive to Anniston to see Dr. Kerper. His office is new, doesn't even have the feel of a doctors office and has the latest equipment making your time spent a minimal as possible. I never felt any pain. I didn't even know that was possible. The staff is friendly and it's apparent that they treat you like they really care about the quality of care they give. Did I mention, that the money you save from Birmingham or Atlanta will certainly more than pay for gas. I saved nearly $300.00 from the prices given in Birmingham on my last trip. NO BRAINER!

Dr. Price and his staff provided excellent service and consideration for my condition. Dr. Price's exam was through; he explained every step of the procedure and was very detailed in the explanation of the cost of the procedure. I recommend him to anyone!
