When I saw Nicole Pitzer she remembered me, knew details of my health and personal life without any obvious struggle, even with my five year absence. She had definitely reviewed my charts well before my visit and while I was there she made every effort to listen and ask questions and update my health history. I had been thinking of choosing a new doctor closer to my home, but I'm staying with Nicole because of her obvious commitment to the continuity of care.

Appointments were scheduled so I didn't have to miss work and my son didn't have to miss school. They knew all the school vacations and testing schedules to help with appointments.
