The mirror was a bit different than expected - I guess in hindsight, we should've had some sort of spot light shining in the place we had the photobooth since it was a bit hard to see ourselves in the mirror. Also, because it's a mirror, it's easy to think you're centered in the frame, but you're actually off centered. Overall, it was a fun experience that's different than the other photo booths out there. I loved the little commentary that the mirror makes after it takes each photo. We had booked with…read moreRyan over one year ago as he was the most responsive, had excellent reviews, and we loved his portfolio. Throughout the year, we were simultaneously planning our destination wedding along with our banquet so we weren't always initiative with communication. Ryan was always great with helping us stay on track and providing us with reminders, when necessary. When it was time for the final touches, Ryan agreed to come at 5:30pm, just one hour before we wanted the photo booth to begin. I believe it was 4:45pm and Stuart (Stewart?) showed up early to get started! I was thrilled to see that he was so proactive with everything! I merely showed him the area of where the photo booth were to be set up and he took over from there; he suggested where to have the photo wall, helped with making sure the area was cohesive with our layout, and even helped set up a table where we were to have our photo book. We had actually purchased our own photo book for a keepsake but Stuart was awesome to bring their own, which we appreciated. He reminded everyone to leave us a copy, politely asked them to sign in our photo book, and even reminded our guests they had the option of emailing their photos to themselves. Throughout the night, multiple people approached me to compliment Stuart. Stuart was great at guiding everyone to look at the camera, brought fun props, allowed us to incorporate our own props (we printed large pictures of our cats) and when there was a glare, he helped remind everyone to angle it for a better picture. What a great guy! One of the things I love about this photo booth was that you weren't confined to only the picture you took - if you weren't satisfied with it, they allowed you to take another until satisfied. I've never seen a photo booth like that before. And because a lot of people wanted to do retakes, Stuart had to patiently wait for everyone's stamp of approval after each picture. He was so incredibly patient with everyone and I was truly so grateful to him. He had a smile on the entire night and never expressed frustrations when it was retake after retake. He's seriously so awesome. After our banquet, Ryan emailed us the photos of all our guests. It was such a nice way to relive the night and see how much fun our guests had! The quality was also fantastic! Thank you to Ryan and Stuart (forgive me if it's Stewart) for everything. All our guests praised us for having such a fun photo booth, which was cannot take any credit for. Came upon The Wong Photo Booth (TWPB) after our usual photo booth company wasn't available for the…read moredate of our event. My company started reaching out to photo booth people around a month before our scheduled event (02/06/20), and Ryan of TWPB was one of the quickest to respond back to us. Not only were his prices affordable, but our line of communication was clear and responsive. We ordered the 2-hour service with additional hour for $600. Since our event was off-site, we had an additional delivery fee of $50. TWPB showed up an hour before our scheduled event to set up and promptly took off once our time was up. Pros: 1. Not sure if this is always, but you are able to re-take pictures if you are not satisfied with one of the photos out of the photo strip set (3 pics in one set), ensuring picture-perfect photo strips. 2. Ryan was super nice and helpful in getting us in the best poses and making sure the props were visible in the pics. 3. Emailing and Text capability on-site! I was able to send myself a text of my photo strips and immediately receive a copy on my phone. Cons: 1. Personally, not enough props! Overall, very satisfied with booking Ryan and will definitely keep them in mind for our next event!
