This is one of the old style movie theaters. It won't show all of those blockbuster movies, but a…read morelot of handpicked indie/alternative movies. Although movies are seen here in there original language from time to time. No way to compare it to the new multi-something theaters with their THX and Dolby++ sound and stuff like that. At the Odeon the movie is the important thing, not the technical stuff around it. You'll get a very friendly service, prices for snacks way below other theaters, a little entrance area, where you can have a beer or a coffee and meetup before and after the movie. What you won't get is newest sound technology and seat reservation.
