My dog can be a little anxious around new people, but Aundrea was incredibly patient, calm, and professional. It was obvious she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with, and that gave me a lot of confidence. Finding a groomer you trust isn't always easy, so I'm really happy I found Aundrea's. We'll definitely be coming back, and I'd happily recommend her to anyone looking for a great groomer.

I had my Sheltie in for grooming yesterday, and prior to the appointment, I spoke with the groomer…read moreby phone to clearly explain what I wanted -- a trim and to have her undercoat brushed out. When I arrived to pick her up, I was absolutely shocked to find that she had been completely shaved. This is not only negligent but demonstrates a serious lack of understanding of proper grooming for this breed. Shaving a Sheltie is harmful and can cause permanent coat damage, skin irritation, and increased risk of sunburn and heat stress. My dog is a beautiful, lively Sable Sheltie, and now she looks and feels nothing like herself. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service I received. For reference, it is never appropriate to shave a Shetland Sheepdog. Their double coat serves to regulate temperature, protect from sun and moisture, and insulate against both heat and cold. Shaving removes this essential protection and can cause irreversible harm. I provided explicit instructions for a trim and brush-out only, so I am at a loss as to how this happened. I will be posting a detailed review with before and after photos. I have had her at this groomer before and it was done properly. I don't know if I can trust to bring her back again. If I could give negative stars I would.

By our third visit, my dogs now have some sort of fungus or scab/crust in their backs that they have never had and they are 12 years old. They also fail to clip their back toenails They caught something from this place from not being clean. Now I'm forced to go to the vet for treatment. Thanks a lot Temple of Groom for your filthy establishment that spreads disease.
