Another great feature are the really comfy lounge seats, paired with foot rests and butler service on your place. You don't have to wait in any lines, they come to take your order before the movie starts and there's a button on your seat where you can discreetly order during the movie I believe. All together this theater looks really classy and also looking at the hardware they are up to date with the Dolby Atmos sound system. Only thing still missing would be the IMAX quality, but the screens in their larger theaters provide excellent quality. Sure the Astor is more expensive than other theaters, but only slightly (they offer a student discount btw) and the experience is worth the money in my opinion.

The approach of a much nicer interior, comfortable lounge seats, the butler service as well as the competitve state of the art sound and picture make this cinema to my personal number one in Hannover, although I normally prefer going to the smaller program cinemas usually. The food is ridiculous: expensive and cheap quality. You are better off in smuggling drinks and snacks in. What I found highly inappropriate was that they played explicit music before the kids movie started. German kids may not understand the f word but a lot of kids do.. So instead of rap please play some raffi lol
