My mum made an appointment over a month ago online and noticed a wrong date had been selected, changed it online and also asked the salon to update on system, received confirmation that it has been updated only to go in with herr the day before our holiday and be told they can only do one of us since there was only one booking but they did offer to do my mum's without a blow dry. My mum was furious with that rude hairdresser called Nicki who was full of attitude with her and because she was unhappy about their cock up in front of another customer and I, this woman shouted out that to my mum that she was being rude to something she was telling me that this is what happens when you give a new salon a chance and don't go to your usual hairdresser due to timings. My mum was so offended and disgusted and appalled that a hairdresser would speak to her or any customer in that tone. My mum than send the salon an email and attached an email confirmation for the 2 appointments which they apparently did not have on their system which was not even acknowledged with an apology since the hairdresser whilst full of attitude did not once apologise to either myself or my mum and instead had gone to complain to some one called Paul that she is not having any one talk to her in that tone the bloody cheek of it.
