As a wedding photographer these areas are always tight for me. She gave me an amazing and relaxing service and i would definitely return for a longer service next time. Though, i wanted to get a facial as well, there was no one that could help me and apparently no one could get in touch with the esthetician. still waiting to hear back if i will be able to get that service while im in town- i tried on friday and on monday, though the massage was great! i think they have some kinks to work out before offering facial services to guests.... but i would definitely come back for another massage from rebecca!

They have a suggestion for people to wipe down the equipment after they use it but it is not enforced. I just saw a young man use the stretch mats and one of the large back rollers and he's sweating all over it sitting on it he's walking around all over it and walked on the other mats too and didn't clean up a goddamn thing. I was grossed out. So I went and told a couple of the employees that were standing around not doing anything. I asked them if it was a rule that they had to clean down afterwards and the man said no it's more of a suggestion it's nothing that we enforce. This is why I take my own towel and a cleaning supplies sometimes I take my own cleaning supplies because I don't know what kind of gross dude bro Jack has been using these machines and not cleaning up after themselves. And their sweat it's like rubbing their skin they're sweaty skin on my sweaty skin and not in a good way. It's awful and I know I've seen some women do that too where they just use the machine and then they walk away clean up after yourselves people it's not that hard. I'm seriously thinking of canceling my membership.

When…read moreI signed up for Crunch, I signed up for personal training, was told all of these things that the trainer had a masters degree in personal training, masters degree in nutrition. In my job it is easy to find the truth about others, and the truth is, I was lied to, all to get a contract, then when I am informed that I am being called up to do my job to prepare others to do theirs, I was told I had to hand over my "orders" and any documents showing my job, my dates and my orders, which for security reasons I can not do, then I was told, Crunch will continue to charge me no matter what, I was never told anything about a cancelation fee, the guy never went over the "Contract" with me, just told me to sign and read later, a violation of law. I canceled this so called contract within 6 days of signing in writing, but also called to cancel within 4, and was told to hand over my documents. They asked to see "eyes only" paperwork. Crunch fitness wants me to violate my oath, and give them papers they can not have. They lied to me to get me to sign a contract, all for a profit. I fight for freedom, I fight to help others learn, relax and find their peace, and Crunch is out for a profit and will threaten, lie and mislead others to do so. I warn everyone, find a good gym, but never, EVER trust crunch fitness, know your rights, and never give into the lies and pressure of sales tactics used by crunch. I had to call my superiors and my liaison and my banking contacts to protect myself from these people. Bec careful of trusting salesmen and "managers" at Crunch Fitness. I am off to my assignment that will last a very long time, I have a gym at my station, so I will be just fine, but Crunch Fitness should never be trusted.

*Update after a couple months…read more Staff is hardly here. Place is dusty at the windows and never cleaned. Equipment is busted. Cardio machines don't incline and hardly work. Need new equipment. Bathrooms are always dirty. Leaking pipes etc. just being honest on everything hate that this place is hardly managed properly. No staffed hours on the weekend WTH?? The busiest days of the week haha oh and they have a homeless problem. They try to get in at night and I seen one sleeping in the bathroom on my late night workouts. What is my 313 every 6 months dollars a month going towards???? Wish this place was worth it. Not coming back after my 6 months if these things are not address!!!!

They don't upkeep their machines but free weights are good. AC isn't great it's warm but that doesn't bother me. Overall It's just meh but it's close to my office and convenient for my workout time.

This company is horrible! After being a member and paying dues for over 4 years ( probably longer…read morethan 95% of the members), I had some health issues in the summer of 2019 which prevented me from going to the gym. Even though I did not take advantage of my membership for many months, I continued paying dues, hoping that I would be able to start back up with my workouts at some point. Then the pandemic hit at which time I realized that I probably wouldn't be going in anytime soon, so I went in to the gym and spoke to the manager at the time and told him I just wanted to cancel with the intention of perhaps starting up again when the pandemic subsided. Instead of honoring my cancellation request and being appreciative that I kept paying dues for the many months I never even came into the gym, they sent my account to a collection agency which is now showing on my credit report. Really? This is a sorry way to do business, especially to someone who faithfully paid dues for many years. Find another gym. This one sucks. Kelly Elliott
