Meg is a very nice person to deal with. She is polite and personable, and appears to want to help you.
However, she has been the WORST podiatrist I have ever experienced. After more than 6 months of continued attempts to provide wearable orthotics, I have given up asking for her to provide help.
The orthotics that she provided actually cause more pain than prior to my visits - many visits. I have received more relief from 'over-the-counter' orthotics from the chemist shop, than from the custom fitted, pain inducing *EXPENSIVE* inserts that she provided.
The cheap inserts from the chemist cost $60.00 and have helped enormously. Meg's inserts cost over $600.00 and have been a complete waste of my money.
If any other company provided a non-working product, I could expect to get a refund. All I get from Meg is the offer to 'try again' - not good enough!!!!
Do not use podiatry services from this provider. My feet are in pain whenever I wear the orthotics that Meg has provided. read more
