My family loves pizza. I am also a single mom on a budget. I also want quality food in my home. I like Papa Murphy's pizza because they provide quality good at a budget price. They also have polite employees who make it a positive experience to order and pick up your pizza. This leads in to a big thank you to one employee in particular who had shown the extra stuff..., like telling me about the weekly specials and always reminding me to stamp my frequent buyer card. Do not order from here . Poor attitude when it comes to customer service I doubt they have loyal customers with the way I was talked to on the phone. " Oh let me guess , you want a discount " is no way to speak to the customer. Will not be ordering from here again. Good pizza at a great price. A huge kudo's for them is that their management team is cross training. I've been to enough other establishments over the hill where this does not happen and everything grinds to a stand still when one person is tied up. When I have to order out this is a staple. The pizza is always the same. Good! Better than sometimes great and sometimes bad. It is just simply good stuff. Find a coupon in the mailers and you can have a nice meal delivered for $25. I dig it. I have not been inside in a while but it used to be pretty casual. Set up for kids and families. Bought 2 all you can eat salads. Went to get our salads to find very little lettuce and basically out of everything else. Four more customers came in and looked at the salad bar and said "No way" and walked out! Observed one employee "cleaning" the salad bar but never restocked it. I was in town visiting friends. We ordered pizza online our total was $65 and change, when the driver came to the house he said the bill was $81. We had to call the store and try and figure out why the cost was different it took about 20 minutes by the end we paid cash for the pizza and told them to cancel the online credit card charge, they said they would. I get home and I am going over my account and I see round table charged my card the $65 and change. I called the store spoke to a manager. He said he was going to look into it and get back to me that was a week ago and I have not heard anything or had my money reimbursed. If the tables were turned I would be arrested for stealing. Besides the complete incompetence by the staff and management, the pizza was very greasy and had no flavor, worse pizza ever and over priced. I love Round Table pizza but it's not worth it to get it at this joint. The quality of service is frightening. I used to go all the time and the people were great from the time of ordering to when I got my pie. I don't know if it's the new management, but those people don't look like they know what they're doing. The quality of the pizza is not as good as other Round Tables. Also, they will make topping substitutions without asking you. For example, if you order shredded parmesan as an extra topping and they are out of it, instead of contacting you or refunding the extra topping price, they will substitute cheddar cheese. The pizza was gross. Went there for a lunch buffet of pizza and salad. They had very little toppings for the salad bar and the pizza was al bread crust. With a ton of sauce and very little toppings it was sauce and crust And it took forever for them to bring the pizza out and they kept bringing the same kind BBQ. Gross. I ate there with four adults last week. Pizza was so-so. No forks, knives etc. Napkins and plastic plates! Great for pigging out. They seem to be oriented toward kids who are more likely to throw their food. Chuck-E-Cheese like. Good dining, good pizza it isn't. Great for a litter of piglettes. The plus? Gotta love Round Table. It's salty, it's greasy, and it's good! Although I think their crust has changed over the years (or at least, the way they cook it) b/c it seems to have a different texture than I remember from my childhood. Also they make whole wheat pizza crust for the schools - I wish they would extend that option to their regular restaurant customers as well. RT is way overpriced by their regular prices, but there is almost always a coupon we can use, and often the person at the register will tell us if there is a better deal than the coupon we are using (and give us the better deal). The salad bar is a modest size, but with good options and plenty of veggies to fill my salad plate. I have only gotten pizza delivered twice from this place - once was to my home and that was right on time with no problem at all. The other time was to a kids' day camp and it was very late, the delivery person got lost trying to find us (and didn't call though he had my number), and then he didn't have change. So that was not the best experience ever, but at least my campers enjoyed their pizza once they finally got it! read more

This deserves no stars. My fiancé and I placed an online order today and after the order was dropped off, we had discovered that not only was it made incorrectly, but we found a hair on the pizza. I proceeded to call back to try and fix it, as well as willing to pay a difference if required. While trying to explain to the employee on the other end of the line, (and no direct solution being made) we were hung up on. Shocked, we called back a second time only to get hung up once again. By this time, we were upset and frustrated. We took our pizza back to the store and confronted the employee about the order a third time. We waited an additional 10 minutes while watching the cashier wander back and forth until he brings over another employee. Another 5 minutes goes by and finally a refund was issued. They didn't even bother to apologize! This was the worst experience we have received in the 2 years we have been ordering from them. Unfortunately we did not get a name for the employee who hung up on us twice, but he was a shorter man with glasses, about 5"7, and brown short hair. Incredibly rude and disgusting. Where do I start? Ordered online, sort of ready when I arrived. Had to pick up the tip jar to get someone's attention. Cashier asked me four times what my number was, I guess four numerals are a bit difficult to hold in ones mind for a second or two. We had asked for extra red sauce, apparently when I arrived that addition was forgotten, BBQ sauce from a squirt bottle to the rescue, so much so that the pizza now tasted like sweet sauce. Hardly any cheese, some of the vegetables were raw. I will say the "skinny" crust was pretty good. I am of the view that if the service is really good the food can be okay and I would come back again, but if the service is bad and the food is terrible I will let the world know about it. Yelp is the first step. The May 1st desk crew should be replaced with folks who give a dam and have good customer skills. I often wonder how idiots get by the interview or how disparate is the manage how hires the people. read more

So I didn't want to cook and decided to order pizza. The pizza was delivered in less than an hour which was nice because I was hungry. Normally when I take a bite of pizza I want another bite, I mean who doesn't love pizza? Took my first bite and tasted almost nothing, wondering why this pizza had no taste was forgotten as I focused on why the crust was not crust but dough. I called round table and asked how I could cook my purchase, a very polite kid told me I could throw it in the oven at 450. Absolutely thrilled that I have now decided to cook I tried that. I did manage to get the crust to cook but the pizza was just disgusting. Could not be eaten. I have a 2 year old black lab and for those who don't know labs they eat anything. I gave my dog a piece which he took then promptly dropped it to the floor and went to his water bowl. If round table in Scott's valley could destroy a child's memory with pizza they did. I have had some not so good pizzas over the years but nothing I would classify as disgusting garbage. I just threw $50 bucks in the garbage. I'm not sure what other pizza places are in Scott's valley but my suggestion would be to try those. I literally feel sick to my stomach after eating half of one slice. Disgusting. Round table.
