Terrible service! From the receptionist to the damn technician. They are very unprofessional. They…read morehave no sense of urgency. They do not respect other people's time. I went 3 weeks without AC and every time you call they never answer or return my calls. They even took their phone off hook when I was calling them. They did a no-call no show and didn't even apologize! They are sorry asf!!!! I begged 2-10 to find me a better contractor after their first visit at my house and they refused I literally had to fuss at them for them to get me a new technician. Cause ain't no way in hell Adanac coming back to my house...Please do not waste your time. Trust me I wish I would've looked them up and did my own research the minute 2-10 assigned them to me. I really wish I could give them zero stars!
