I purchased an expensive item from this establishment on eBay. It was packaged and shipped in an insufficiently rated box and got destroyed during shipping. They told me it was packaged by a UPS store and it is covered by insurance and to file a claim with UPS which i did. UPS said they completed the investigation and informed the seller the same day. Yet one week later, they were unwilling to acknowledge they had hear back from UPS. The lady Barbara seems nice, her spouse Herb is the jerk. When i finally got frustrated and told them to fix the situation, he blamed me and told me i had dropped the package. I have pictures and the packaging still sitting in my garage as proof. Now i have had to open a case with eBay. We will see, but i would be careful dealing with this establishment. read more
