The women I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and understanding. She assured me that a technician could be out within a few hours. Sure enough, a service tech named Ben arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem: two small holes in the copper lines inside the condenser unit. Ben was able to make the necessary repairs on the spot and got our AC back up and running. I can't thank the team enough for their professional, compassion, and reliability. It's rare to find a company that not only shows up when they say they will but also does the job right the first time. Thank you again for the great service!

When I get rescheduled, I asked for pressure test, I wanted everything tested top to bottom, office people say "no problem" and I'm scheduled for soup to nuts. Second service request, they came out and rerouted duct as it was done incorrectly. I still to this day have issues with the AC cooling my home during the summer time. Might I add brand new built house, AC is running constantly and has a hard time getting to even a set temp of 74. I have the electric bills to prove it. For a 2,255 square foot home a 3 ton unit is not efficient. I have 4 other neighbors that are dealing with the very same issue as I am. Modern Air sent me a Manual J that was just produced a week ago because apparently they never did a Manual J at the time of my build as a back pedal which their Manual J said my 2,255 square foot home with no external shade would be efficient with a 33,000 BTU unit. There's no way! I am working with my neighbors to subcontract Manual J calcs to show that all of our units are undersized which we will then take it further. What was submitted to the county for permit was a 3.5 ton unit. What they installed was a 3 ton unit at all 5 of our houses. I have called numerous other HVAC company's and they all confirmed the unit was undersized for the size of my house.

Outstanding Service from Telford Reynolds Electric!!!…read more I recently experienced an unexpected electrical emergency at my home. At approximately 10:00 PM, I lost power while my neighbors still had electricity. Florida Power & Light (FPL) confirmed that there was no reported power outage in my area. At 6:30 the following morning, I called Telford Reynolds Electric (TRE). Their response was exceptional. A TRE electrician arrived at my home by 7:30 AM and quickly determined that a failed electrical connector had caused a failure of my main electrical panel. By 9:30 AM, TRE provided me with a written proposal to replace the panel. After I reviewed and approved the proposal, their team was back at my home by 1:30 PM and provided a temporary solution that restored my power for the remainder of the day. The following morning, TRE was back at 7:30 AM and began replacing the main electrical panel. They completed the installation and coordinated the required inspection with the City of Lynn Haven. Once the inspection was approved, TRE coordinated with FPL to have my power restored. While I was waiting for FPL to complete the restoration, the owner of TRE personally came by my home to check on me. That personal attention was a perfect example of the total care and professionalism I experienced throughout the entire process. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, communication, workmanship, and professionalism of the entire TRE team. They went above and beyond to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Telford Reynolds Electric will always be my first call for any electrical issue at my home. I highly recommend TRE to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused electrical service.
