The paperwork was to me to sign before the end of the evening. They showed up the next week and in less than three hours had cleaned out the basement, sideyard, backyard, and a corner of the garage, everything that the hoarder renters had left behind, including an old hot tub. He did have to come back a couple days later to get the broken trailer they had left me, but it didn't affect the price. Very professional, very prompt, worth the price.

They both were personable and engaging with the customer. They explained the process when I asked as they worked through the basement. Plenty of photo documentation of the work. They had a consistent and sustained work pace. In fact, their pace during the job was more than I would have been able to handle. It was due back Monday but I picked it up Thursday. My total bill was $87 and some change. When I was walking out I could tell that there was a strange odor to the clothing. I live an hour away from Wausau so I continue to drive and got rather nauseous from the smell that was coming from the clothes. I can't quite pinpoint the actual smell... it's more like they are being washed in a dirty machine with chemicals.... I can't nail it. I ended up calling Gunderson's The following day. I told the gal my name and explained the situation. There was a long period of silence. The girl offered to re-clean the clothes and that was all she could do but why would I want to chance my clothes being cleaned again, only to come out smelling the way that they do. I told the gal that I would try to Febreze them and if it didn't work but I would consider bringing them back. She said OK and it sounded like she was ready to end the call but I said don't you need my name ? We played a cat and mouse game until finally she admitted that she had collar ID. My basement has sat here for a year and still unfinished. I do not recommend them at all. Told me they'd be in charge of everything, help picking out things, ordering things etc. Well that didn't happen really. Went to Florida for several weeks. They told me it would be fine. I came home and the things they had done were wrong. I have to say, they admitted their mistakes and paid for them. And Maybe I should wait till they finally finish this project before I review but want to warn people.
