The serviceman for this company is obnoxious. He tried to scare me into removing my air conditioner for service for a hefty price, by telling me there is black mold. He did not come prepared with any towels for the water that was dripping into my home after he removed the air conditioner for vacuuming. He asked me for one of my towels to clean the mess and to wipe up all the black soot, which is ruined. He had the audacity to tell me that in time I should be spitting up from the black mold. He was condescending to one of his workers. I found him disgusting and would never allow him into my home or ever use this company again! Do not use this company! They rip off elderly people and send flyers that are a bait and switch. My parents were told they had mold in their 3 window air conditioners, when they were just going to have them cleaned for $39 per air conditioner. $1300 or so later, they could have bought 3 new air conditioners for that price. They purposely brought the air conditioners back on a Saturday in order to charge a higher fee. Please make sure you are with your parents, grandparents, senior citizens and the elderly when this company is involved in anything. Terrible experience. The worst. read more

a truly unethical company. rip-off artist..charged $150 for service call for each of 3 small window air conditioners for routine spring vacuuming...then additional $215 to add some freeon to one of them...then claimed one had "mold" and had to be removed to shop...additional $150 to return!! I read other reviews too late..it appears this is the standard way they work if they can get away with it..bilking unaware senior citizens..don't let this guy into your home!!! It cost me $724 to "clean" 2 air conditioners as one was too broken to fix but was charged $150 for it anyway. Standard charge in industry is $67 to clean small window air conditioners.l read more

A major rip off. Avoid this company. They came to my apartment at a cost of nearly $200 to clean two wall air conditioners. The serviceman didn't pull either unit out to vacuum, he merely dusted them lightly with a paintbrush. He then changed a filter ($15 extra) -- which I learned a few weeks later he should not have done as it was a permanent filter designed specially for that unit that was supposed to be vacuumed and reused. His mistake required me to purchase the filter he previously removed ($25). Repeat: A major rip off. Avoid this company. read more

Despite the negative reviews I read about this company, I let it be taken to be cleaned and refurbished. It was filthy inside the cabinet and was not functioning properly. I don't think people realize the dirt, soot and moisture buildup and the damage it can cause. I am so pleased with the a/c now because it works as good, if not better, than the day I bought it (Sept, 2001). Thank you for a job well done!!! read more
